With his series "Benstax", photographer Ben Hammer reinterpreted the Instax instant image format. In the good old Polaroid manner, he did not expose the instant image through the camera but pressed the chemicals from the lower image strip into the subject area. The interplay of pressure point, quantity, light and temperature resulted in the Benstax colour play. Two of the 10 motifs can now be purchased framed. A real unique piece.
